The Villa
The villa's semi-private beach is flanked by rocks and therefore very secluded. The views over the bay to neighbouring Koh Phangan are nothing short of breathtaking with dramatic skies and crimson sunsets offering a true natural spectacle and the small cove that fronts the villa also boasts its own protected rock pool (not accessible during seasonal high or low tides).

*7 Nights minimum stay during Christmas & New Year.
*Booking overlapping Christmas & New Year requires 10 nights.

*Rates include full time chef service (excl food cost & provisioning).
*Check in time is 3:30 pm & Check out 10:30 am
Cancellation condition :
* For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited for 9 month from the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.
* For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, whether immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
