This house has 2 floors. The house has a secured main entrance with a fence and key-only entry. It also has security cameras and a permanent security guard during the day. The house has 8 big apartments that are very clean and comfortable. Each apartment has its own separate key. All the apartments also have a kitchen with all the utensils, bathroom with hot water, television, small dinner table, gas stove, refrigerator, closets, a security box, and beds. If you need an extra bed we will provide it. On the first floor, we have apartment number 8 with two rooms, each having their own independent bathrooms. The apartment also has a big kitchen. There are stairs to lead up to the second floor. On the second floor, we have a hallway with apartments 3,4,5,6,7. Apartments 3 and 4 have an outside view with big windows. The house is very clean, calm and peaceful because it's close to the valley and the mountains. The owner, Senora Adiela, lives there to make sure the property is presentable, up to the guests standards and to be available to the guests. She is a Psychologist and will help her guests if they need medical or spiritual assistance. We want to be sure that you have a wonderful time during your stay, enjoying the surroundings and the weather that the city of Cali has to offer. Mrs. Adiela can receive payments in dollars or colombian pesos if you ask for an extra service.
