DIVERS - CANCELLATION / DAMAGE
* check-in at 3 pm ** check-out at noon. Early check-in or late check-out depending on availability and at 33% each daily rate (cheaper use our driver+car airport + 4/6 hours)
* Please ask us every question to have a good complete idea before booking with us, nothing to hide
* We advise having to have in your travel insurance also included a cancellation clause covering airplane + accommodation.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. alcohol: normal use of alcohol is normal but pure "alcohol" parties forbidden smoking: please take care as we have alang alang roofs basic respect towards staff House rules • Late CheckOut and early CheckIn have to be discussed and paid for in advance. • The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation. • Please not leave airco and lights on when not in room. Our staff have right to turn of to safe the already little available electricity on Bali, sorry for this! • Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (Owner will return any missing items found.) • Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused. • Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read the House Rules, understand it, agree to it, and have taken a copy if needed. • Renter must be over 18 years of age. • The property is left clean and in the same condition as when you arrived. If not, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. • No damage is done, beyond normal wear and tear. Furniture is not stained or torn. No towels or linens are lost or damaged. • No items are lost or stolen. Lost items must be reported to the owners.
