The villa’s main entrance is through a sliding, lockable gate and covered carport. Once through the front door you have two ‘sections’ to the house. The front has a lounge area with 4 large leather sofas and side tables. Here you can stretch out and watch the large wall-mounted TV offering international channels. This TV can also be viewed from your indoor dining area close by which has seating for 14 guests. You are within easy reach of the main fully fitted kitchen with wooden cupboards above and below the marble effect worktops. Behind the dining area you have 4 of the 7 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom is well decorated and furnished with comfortable double beds, wardrobes, air-conditioning and televisions. Your private bathrooms are tiled and contain a part-sectioned shower area. The heart of the villa has your private swimming pool as the central feature. This can be reached either through a door past your lounge area or from the main kitchen. This area is part open to the blue skies and allows the sun to shine down while you relax in the loungers or flop in the pool. Access from the main kitchen means meals can easily be served on the 3 poolside wooden bench tables. Your second kitchen is also close by and is a real treat. It is purpose built for barbeques with a large hot plate surface and 3 gas ring cooking hobs. Sizzling steaks, burgers and other tasty morsels can be served through a sliding glass window poolside. Eat in the outdoor dining area or around your very own bar with bar stools and large fridge/freezer to keep your drinks ice cold. This area is also home to the villa’s pool table, wall mounted TV and sound system. If ever there was a party area this is it. You reach the remaining three bedrooms in a wonderful way. At opposite ends of the swimming pool there are separate spiral staircases. The one next to the bar area takes you to two en-suite bedrooms while the one at the opposite end takes you to a single en-suite bedroom. All-in-all Villa Fiesta is a fun, enjoyable and comfortable place to spend time in an extremely relaxed manner. East Pattaya Villa Fiesta is just 10 minutes east of central Pattaya. This area is popular with expatriates and means that you have an excellent choice of food shopping with plenty of mini supermarkets, 24/7 convenience stores and a daily local market all within a 5 minute walk. As you leave the villa you will pass the village communal swimming pool which has a bar area serving food. It will take you just two minutes to reach. When it comes to food and drink you have cafes, bakeries, bars and restaurants galore all within walking distance so your local area is more than covered. Pattaya’s city centre delights of shopping, food of every kind, and nightlife of a different kind can be reached in just 10 minutes by car or motorbike. Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!
