This friendly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential house on a small square with little traffic.
The Space:
It is only 600 m to the wide sandy beach of Praia da Areia Branca. Behind the house there is a barbecue place, which can be shared, directly in front of the apartment there is a pretty flower bed. In the morning the sun shines exactly on the small balcony of the bedroom. In the evening you can sit in the sun on the small terrace in front of the apartment. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed on which 1 child can sleep and satellite TV (with all German channels).
The Neighborhood:
Praia da Areia Branca is a typical Portuguese seaside resort.
Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again. In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place. The county town Lourinhã with big supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, pharmacies, post office and bank is only 3 km away. A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for up to 2 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. For the 3rd there is a surcharge of 5 € per person and day. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer. Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week.
