Excellent fishing conditions. 6 km away, there is a salmon and trout river. You can go swimming 300 metres and 1 km away. Grocers, restaurant and other facilities can be found in the town of Volda, 4 km away (with ferry).
The private part of the house is a storage room for the owner. There is a large parking lot nearby the house.
