The top floor has a spacious Master bedroom, en suite and its own ancillary spaces. Extra mattresses are available, at cost, for children. This level has a large balcony with a breath taking view.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
Stags / All Male Groups not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. 1. The villa will be returned in the same condition as received from the host. 2. Guests would be expected to follow the rules of the society which are aimed to maintain good neighbourly relations. 3. A damage deposit of Rs.25,000 (to be paid in advance) will be kept till the inspection is done by the staff at the time of checkout 4. There will be no sub-letting by the tenant. 5. A list of the inventory will be available at the check-in and will be tallied at the check-out by the staff.
