The spacious family room is on the top floor with comfortable couches and plenty of living space to relax with family and friends. The family room is equipped with a 55” 4K TV, Cable, Netflix, Pandora and DVD player plus Bose surround sound audio. Downstairs you will find a large, open concept kitchen with modern appliances and butcher block island with stools. The dining area features a large farmhouse table for 8 and a gorgeous wood burning fireplace. The dining area opens up to the vaulted, 25' high sunroom with a million dollar view of the Ten Mile Range including Peak 1, Mt. Victoria & Mt. Royal. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen pillow top bed, a convertible sectional that becomes a queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The main floor suite also features a gas fireplace for warmth and ambience. The sunroom opens up to a large fenced in yard for your kids and dogs to play in safety. The patio off of the sunroom features a luxurious hot tub with mountain views :-) Our home comes fully stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
