This beautiful independent house is situated close to the Lipno lake in the village Přední Výtoň. This double house is beautiful, modern and comfortable. It is situated 780 metres above sea level. The living room has an open plan kitchen and dining area. The living room leads to the open terrace from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lipno Lake. You can spend cosy evenings in front of the fireplace or relax on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue meal. Nearby there is a sandy beach with a playground. There are also many bike paths here for cycling enthusiasts. In the vicinity of the village located on Mount Kramolín, you will find one of the most modern ski areas in the Czech Republic, which is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts as well as families with children. The parking lot is located in front of the house. You will find many opportunities to participate in recreational activities and many interesting destinations in and around Lipno lake. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Cesky Krumlov with picturesque alleys and restaurants is located about 40 km away. The cities of Guglwald (6 km) located near the Austrian border and Linz, located about 50 km away, are worth visiting. An additional bed is available for an extra cost. In the village Přední Výtoň there is a restaurant and a small grocery store.
