I am offering a split duplex, as detailed above, with the balcony inviting the roar of the waves below to enter your rental peaceful part of Maitencillo with much respect among neighbors.We have our own neighborhood watch which offers a pleasant visit avoiding inconveniences. I am the owner and many contacts in the area for Sports,tours,scuba, restaurants,etc.
It is 2 levels with top level a half bathroom, queen size bed, night stands, Cable Tv and chairs and tables to place on balcony for peace and tranquility while reading favorite book.
I do not accept requests from young adults or teenagers
Bottom level is equipped with kitchenette, microwave and small refrigerator. Also a "hamaca" is provided. It is a sitting chair which hangs from beams.
