Jungceylon is situated 5min bike ride or 30min walk away. Guests will enjoy Thai and Mexican meals in Bbq Hut Restaurant, which is 50 meters from the property.
There is an indian restaurant around the corner and a Tuerkish restaurant accross the street. The simon cabaret is just 2 min walk away. The market 5 min walk away and the beach 12 min walk away. Banks and Atm,7 Eleven store is just outside of the building by walking 2 min.
The condo provides Aircon c control, flat-screen Tv, a sitting area in and outside. A bathroom comes with a walking in shower. The condo is divided through a room divider which can be open or closed .
All amenties at phuket palace are on shared with communal residential pool. Please note Phuket Palace is not a hotel and we do not clean daily or pick up towels and bed linen outside our doors. We only clean before and after you check in and out. As you stay longer you might order some extra service from us for a daily charge of £100 or find a local laundry . We can clean and change bed covers on a weekly or monthly basis for a extra charge of £100.

You can walk to most attraction in Patong however there are motorbike rentals or Tuck tucks,local buses or care rental available.

If you break any furniture or you leave our condo dirty during stay we will keep holid of your paid deposit. We charge £200 deposit for each stay.
We also offer referrals to diving schools or have in Chalong and Rawai properties for rent. We have a private charte boat available for custom designed trips to the neigbour islands. Wedding planer or private tours with the host also available.
