We are 10 minutes from Ocho Rios, and all its charms and myriad attractions

The property is in a peaceful close,
high on the main hill of the area.
There is a rooftop gazebo and the view
from there is breathtaking.
About 20 miles of bay lie before you.
All around you are handsome houses.
Mostly large, they are mainly occupied by tourists or the local professional or business elite.
The Space:
This house is very large and handsome, its located in a safe community with 24/7 Security services.

Las Fuentes is located within a gated community.
It is about 10 mins walk away from the main entrance.
Halfway up the principal hill, this house has a lot of natural features such as a constant sea breeze, flowers, birds, trees and a remarkable view of the blue ocean.

There is a rooftop gazebo where you could sit and enjoy drinks with family and friends.
It has a breathtaking view over-looking neighboring houses and a forest area that hugs the hills.

TRANSFERS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
Transfers from the Montego Bay airport to the property is now available as below:
1. Minimum fee $100.00 USD.
2. The maximum person is 4.

Transfers, are offered from the Kingston airport including the toll fee to the property and the terms are as stated below:
1. Minimum charge $200.00 USD
2. Or $55.00 USD per person subject to a maximum of 4 persons.
Guest Access:
Guest would have access to their rooms of course, back patio, gardens, roof top gazebo, kitchen and dining room area.
Interaction with Guests:
If you face any trouble or problem pertaining to my property, I am easily contacted and will try my best to advise you on the situation.

I also have colleagues who work specifically with this operation and they are also willing to help at any given time.
The Neighborhood:
We intend to develop this property as a venue for various family
occasions, such as weddings, reunions, cocktail parties, Bar Mitzvahs etc.
We believe that with it's generous gardens, and and evident beauty
all around you, this would be an excellent location for a
family celebration.
We are willing to assist you in organizing such a function.

This is a very safe neighborhood with 24/7 security services.

Its located within a gated community with lots of houses on substantial grounds, the neighborhood has mostly people from the business elite with a few residents of Jamaican background.

Its a very quiet community, and is located a 10 min drive from Ocho Rios and 5 min away from St. Ann's Bay.
Getting Around:
The house is very close to major highway so taxis are available but getting a rental car is a really great option.

It is very close to Ocho Rios one of Jamaica's premier tourist areas.
It is known for many attractions, such as Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove all are about a 10 minute drive away.

A well known Jamaican Jerk Center, Scoitchies, is very close by. Lovers of Jamaica cuisine can get
can get Jamaican jerk chicken or pork and a lot more Jamaican dishes.
Other Things to Note:
Air Conditioning: The larger bedrooms are fully airconditioned, however, the smallest room, next to the kitchen has wall fans.

Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.

We have provided a reasonable number of sheets and towels etc. However, it is very likely that they will need to be laundered from time to time, especially for longer stays. The responsibility to do this is upon the guest. However, if you wish to pay for an extra cleaning, the laundry of the sheets and towels will be done.
The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking.
New cleanings are very easy to arrange!
All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first.
Electricity is a huge expense in this big old house. We have routinely received bills exceeding US$1000.00 a month. We are "begging" our guests to have some pity on us!! It is especially galling to see all the airconditioners on full blast, and the guests are not even present in the property.
Please be informed that, in such a case, we will turn off the A/C s ourselves.
