The Space:
★ This stylish apartment is located on the second floor of a lovely contemporary building. Everything in this apartment is new! It's been nicely decorated in white with touches of blue and gray, creating a sense spaciousness and calm throughout. There is porcelain tile throughout the apartment for a clean, beautiful look.
Bedrooms: Three spacious and attractively decorated bedrooms accommodate a total of five guests comfortably:
One bedroom has a double/queen bed.
The second bedroom offers two single beds while the third bedroom has a single bed.
Each bedroom has plenty of space - there are no cramped, small bedrooms. This apartment with the layout of bedrooms is ideal for a family or set of friends. We provide all of the necessary bed linens, hangers, and hairdryer - everything is new.
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combination.
Kitchen: The kitchen is ample and well-equipped to facilitate meal preparation while on your holiday if you wish. Otherwise, though, you can try any of the local tavernas, cafes, and restaurants in town or nearby in Thessaloniki, which is a larger city. There is a full-sized refrigerator; and the stove, microwave, and a small kitchen table complete the kitchen for a convenient experience.
Living and Dining Rooms: The nearby dining room holds six guests at a nice dining table and enjoys an open, shared space with the living room for an easy and relaxed experience. This space is well laid out, stylish, and welcoming. If you'd like some fresh air, step outside onto either of the two balconies, one of which is very spacious at 20 sq. meters.
Extras: There is WiFi throughout the apartment. There is a washing machine as well as free parking for two cars on the ground level of the building. The building and apartment benefit from natural gas, a solar water heater, and a security door at the building's entrance. ★
Area:
★ Peraia is a great place to stay if you prefer more of a local vibe rather than a tourist environment. You can easily drive to Thessaloniki or take a water taxi/ferry.
The beach is approximately 400 meters from the apartment, but you can also explore surrounding beaches in Neoi Epivates, Agia Triada, Nea Michaniona and Epanomi, which are all within easy reach on local buses. You can find bus routes and schedules on the website of The Organization of Urban Transportation of Thessaloniki (OASTH).
There is an aquatic park '' Waterland '' about 10 minutes away by car. Between Perea and Thessaloniki, you can visit a mall with high-end stores, cinemas, restaurants, bars, an IKEA store, and 'Magic Park', an amusement park. ★
