The taps in the bathroom spray water on the person opening the nob. The nobs of the shower are not functioning properly. The first step of the staircase has been placed in an elevated height that made one of our guests slip and fall off the stairs. Other than that, the staff service was excellent and the location of the place mindblwoing.
