Welcome to SeaQuest! The beach and ocean are a short walk-about 200 feet from our door to the sandy beach. Spend the day walking the beach, fishing, shelling, building sand castles or just watching the dolphins frolic in the waves. Sip your first cup of coffee on the upper deck while watching the sun come up and return from the beach in time to enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the sun set.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you'll need. The kitchen table seats 8 plus two at the counter. There is a huge dining room/living room combo with a wet bar for all or your entertaining needs. Three large bedrooms with private baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the kid's room has two sets of bunk beds. The huge lower deck comes with an assortment of furniture . It offers incredible ocean views and sun or shade as you prefer. It also overlooks Audubon Wildlife area with an assortment of birds and other wildlife. Check in time is 4 pm . You will find a lock box on the shutter to the left of the front door. The key is inside.
You should find everything in proper working order when you check in. However, if you find a problem, please notify us as soon as possible.
House Rules:
Absolutely no pets are allowed.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed.
Please do not use barbeque pits or light fireworks on the decks. This is a fire hazard.
Please do not drive your vehicles or golf carts on the grass.
Please put all furniture back in the original place that you found it in before you leave.
Please clean all spills on stoves and in refrigerators.
Please do not overload the washer and dryer or put sandy items in them.
Please bag all trash and place it in the containers provided. (Trash pick up days are Mon and Thurs.) Please do not unplug or move the television.
Check out is 11am. Please leave our home in essentially the same condition as when you arrived.
