This is the largest and most elegant room in the house and has, by far, the best bathroom! it has a view of the fountain and looks out at the elegant houses in that community.

Looking through the window there lies a scenic view of a misty forest overlooking the calm blue Caribbean sea.

There are gardens with birds and flowers
There is a rooftop gazebo where you can sit and enjoy the sun and sea breeze of Jamaica with friends and family.
And remember... the view is always
mind-blowing.
The Space:
This house is located on a hill within a gated community which is a 10 min walk from the main entrance that has a 24/7 security system.

It is 10 mins drive away from Ocho Rios (which is known for the many attraction for e.g Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain and a lot more attractions are located 5 mins away from our property).

Please note that, this is a private room in an apartment. The common areas will be shared if other guests books in the same period as you.

This house has a very scenic view that over look the Caribbean Sea and neighboring houses, this community has a lot of houses that stands on substantial lots which our neighbors are mostly business elite and returning residents of Jamaica.

You could enjoy your vacation in our beautiful luxurious home we are offering at an affordable price.

For transfers we also have that service available for $1.00 US per Kilometer, so that would be $105.00 US from Montego Bay to "Masters Corner".
Guest Access:
You would have access to your bedroom, the living room area, kitchen, roof top gazebo and gardens.
Interaction with Guests:
Any trouble or problem arise, I would certainly give my best advice in resolving the problem,specially if they arise with my property.

I also have colleagues who are my assistance in this operation, who are willing to help at any given time.
The Neighborhood:
This is a very safe community as mention before it has a 24/7 security system at the main entrance.

Its a very peaceful neighborhood if you ask me, its located near a major highway in which taxis are readily available but having a car would be a better option.

Its very close to many attractions you could enjoy while on your vacation.
Getting Around:
We are about 10 mins drive from the town of Ocho Rios, 5 mins away from Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove and Mystic Mountain which are all tourist attraction.

There is a Jamaican jerk center located just 5 mins away where you could get your Jamaican jerk chicken and pork, also there are gas station nearby where you could get your car filled with gas.

Its also near the capital of St. Ann which is St. Ann's Bay where you could visit the home town of one of our heroes Marcus Garvey.
Other Things to Note:
We have provided a reasonable number of sheets and towels etc. However, it is very likely that they will need to be laundered from time to time, especially for longer stays. The responsibility to do this is upon the guest. However, if you wish to pay for an extra cleaning, the laundry of the sheets and towels will be done.
The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking.
New cleanings are very easy to arrange!
All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first.

Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.

Electricity is a huge expense in this big old house. We have routinely received bills exceeding US$1000.00 a month. We are "begging" our guests to have some pity on us!! It is especially galling to see all the air conditioners on full blast, and the guests are not even present in the property.
Please be informed that, in such a case, we will turn off the A/C s ourselves.
