Procedures:
This is an online booking platform, contact info and villa addresses cannot be shared until payment is completed. The chat system is very easy to use, we encourage you to use the same. All payments can be routed throught the booking system itself.
Regular check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 11 am. We don't mind stretching the same if there is no other booking before or after your dates. We can confirm the same only a day prior to your booking date.
Please maintain respectable music levels beyond 10 pm and treat our home with respect.

Dining arrangements:
Your caretaker knows how to prepare a simple breakfast of upma, poha or eggs for you alongwith tea or coffee.
We can even hire a private cook for you, usually a local they will prepare simple, clean basic dishes at your behest within reasonable hours. Else, simply order in or dine out. We can even pre-stock the villa with your favourite drinks, shower gels, shampoos, etc. on your behalf prior to check-in.

Feta is an idyllic private villa right in the middle of busy North Goa, couple of streets away from the touristic crowds of Candolim and a street away from casino land. It's like a calm island in the midst of a rocky ocean, a beautiful area that you can explore entirely on foot, as everything is close by.
Very centrally located, with lots of good transport, as well as interesting shops and restaurants close by. There is a lot to see and do around here.
My father designed this house to be both elegant and comfortable. It is a house of sumptuous materials and surfaces which are the backdrop to my personal collection of furniture. The living and kitchen space open to a private outdoor pool and garden where we recently added a outdoor bar.
All the rooms are very different but special in their own way. You will notice the beautiful detailing everywhere waiting to be discovered little by little.
At night the villa is the perfect place for chilling out on the deck, beside the inviting glow of the pool lights. Choose the music that suits your mood and give yourself up to the island vibe.
The soft whitewashed contours of the villa’s walls blend perfectly into the landscape, and the outdoor living area feels carved out of the rocks.
The Villa shares the vicinity with the 3 bedroom Shlok villa (4 double beds), these can be rented individually or as a whole for larger groups of guest based on availability, totaling 7 double beds or 6 bedrooms for a group of upto 25.
There are three bedrooms here, sleeping a total of 12-14 people. All bedrooms are airconditioned with double beds, extra mattresses & private bathrooms equipped with towels & handwash.
Also available is a well equipped kitchen with all essentials including seperate cook and serve ware for both our Veg and NonVeg guests.

If you fancy dining in, we can help hire a local who can conjure tasty veg / non veg dishes local dishes to your pleasure. We encourage self cooking here. For the griller types there is a private electric Bar-B-Q in the villa with our compliments.
It’s up to you whether you start the day with a dip in the pool, a walk in the lawns, or laze in bed whilst enjoying your coffee.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Please refrain from playing loud music beyond 11 pm and littering is just not acceptable behaviour.
