Bedrooms consist of 2 double bedrooms both with an additional single bed and one with en-suite facilities. 3rd bedroom is a double bed and 4th is 2 single beds.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and included in the weekly rental price is 200kwhs of electricity if this is exceeded a charge of 0.30 cents per additional kwh used will be collected before departure.
The new marina is being built so you may hear noise from the constructions works, but this should be far enough away not to disturb too much.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
