To the left is the indoor living area, and to the right the dining salon, walled with windows. Straight ahead a doorway leads to the gorgeous infinity pool, flanked one one side by a flowering lily-pond, and the other a shady 'rancho' and jacuzzi. Villa Vigia is a villa with plenty of privacy and space. Set upon two and a half acres, there are no visible neighbors, and the property is surrounded by rainforest. It is an ideal spot for wildlife; monkeys, sloths, iguanas, toucans and frogs are regular visitors.
The villa consists of over 7,500 square feet of living space on three levels. The main level consists of the foyer, living room, living room patio, dining room, breakfast patio, the main kitchen, the living area half-bath, the pool full bath, the pool and rancho. On the upper lever are the three primary bedrooms, all of which have private baths, walk-in closets and balconies: the North Master, the South Master, and Upper Guest room. The lower level consists of the apartment (with full kitchen, bath and enclosed patio), and garage area--opens up to the parking area, where guests can use the basketball hoop and ping pong table. Lastly--the best views are from the tower, which also has a great breeze!
