150m2 house with 3.5 bedrooms, 2 with a queen bed, the other with a full bed ,and 1/2 room with bunk bed ,good for up to 8 people. 3 bathrooms with hot water ,4 air conditioned, living area with TV LCD screen ,TV cable, Wi-Fi , Fully equipped kitchen .

The villa S Located inside a place called Las Villas Banana Beach between Playa Carmen to playa Santa Teresa, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets are just a near to the villa .
The location of the Villa S is amazing for the surfers you're going to surf in the front of the villa.
From the master bedroom you can see the green and then the ocean. Waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean and listening to the music of the waves is amazing. The balcony with the 2 hammocks is fantastic to rest and see the ocean.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
