Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

The stay was very good, the villa is a new and secure place. we liked this place a lot but, there was no blankets and drinking water all time we need to go to a restaurant so we suggest to the owner to provide blankets, drinking water facility and the cable connection.

We had a great stay at this place, I am totally satisfied, the staff were very good & co-operative. but there is no wi-fi connection at the place because if which I had to leave the place a bit early, they will have to install the wi - fi connection at the property. But apart from this our holiday went well.
