The house has a living space of 200 qm with 4 double bedrooms ( 2kingsize beds and 2 double beds) including an airconditioned "en-suite", a well equipped kitchen (including a washing machine), 3 toilets ( incl. 1 guest toilet), 2 shower rooms, a furnished sitting room, a furnished common room, 2 terraces, a pantry and a dining room for 8 people.
Free usage of two portable Wifi-modems. The first 15 Gb Internet Data will be provided free. However, our guests will have to top up the Data themselves at their own cost. Please ask Patricia for details.
Gratis: For bookings for 3 to 4 weeks we offer our guests a complete Free Internet Access.
Linen, towels, coffee machine, Tv, Bluetooth Compact Stereo System, garden furniture, Bbq, 4 standing effective ventilators ( 1 in each room) and a back-up generator are available. The generator supports for some some few hours by blackouts.
Water heaters are available in the bathrooms and in the kitchen.
A taxi rank and a small supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
It takes roughly 10 minutes by car to be at The West Hill Mall - it's roughly 3 km away from the house. At the Mall guests can do food-shopping or have meals in one of the diverse reataurants.
Historical monuments in Southern Ghana can be reached from the house by car on a day's tour, eg. Cape Coast and Elmina Castles. A combination to the Kakum National Park is possible.
The house is completely suitable for families and groups of travellers or for a single person looking for accommodation with "self-catering". Self-catering includes cleaning of the house during the entire stay of our guests - for questions please contact Patricia.
No other strange person will be in the house. It's there for you alone.
Patricia (care-taker/manager of our house) and her family live in the apartment on the groundfloor of the house. They have their own entrance and appliances, quite independent from the main house. Guests can therefore reach her at any time easily.
We offer also "long-term" rentals (rentals for three months and above) upon negotiation.
