Amazing place and the ambiance is so good. The place is well kept, the food made by the chef is fabulous. A nice peaceful getaway from the crowded city. A must visit.
The Space:
The villa has 2 floors and a terrace.
Bedrooms:
-There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has AC, attached bathrooms, television and a mini fridge.
-The other 2 rooms are located on the first floor. 2 rooms have AC, attached bathrooms, television and a mini fridge.
-The last room located on the first floor has AC and an attached bathroom.
-All the rooms have one double bed each and 5 people can sleep in each room (extra mattresses would be provided)
Living area:
-The living area is located on the ground floor and is spacious with a seating arrangement.
-Dining space for 06 people
Kitchen:
-The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, microwave, utensils and refrigerator.
-There is well trained chef available at the villa who can prepare the meals at an additional cost.
-The guests have access to the kitchen and can prepare meals as per their convenience.
-BBQ available at additional cost.
Pool:
-Private pool.
-The pool is regularly cleaned by the caretaker.
Lawn:
-A huge lawn area with a gazebo welcomes you as soon as you enter the villa.
-The villa has a beautiful garden with swings, gazebo and hummock.
Entertainment:
-TT Table, Carom, Badminton, Playing cards are available at the villa.
-Karaoke can be arranged with prior notice.
-Entertainment box are available for the guest.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire villa. They can access the villa and all the equipments in it. From the living room to the outdoor lawn, guests can feel at home here. This villa offers a perfect mix of budget, comfort and luxury with it’s sprawling lawn area and palatial interiors. Private rooms with high-end amenities and complete privacy are guaranteed. If requested, meals can be arranged by a local trained chef at an additional cost. Guests can also use the fully furnished kitchen and can cook the food by themselves or hire a cook at an additional charge. You can also enjoy indoor games like TT and carrom. Karaoke can also be arranged in the villa with a prior notice. The outdoor lawn is accessible to one and all. Kids can make the best of this space as it is equipped with swings, shacks and volleyball nets.

The place is well maintained. Though the last approach road of around 1.5 kms is half-developed, the property itself has a good mountain view. The staff at the property (Krishna) is very prompt in his service. Saloni (from Jainik's office) followed up regularly with us to make our stay wonderful. There are swings and a gazebo in the garden area for people to relax.
