The modern unit has two bedrooms with luxurious beds, a full kitchen, and a dining area. Its living room has a Queen sofa bed and a 60” smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided.
The Space:
This 2-bed apartment is newly renovated, with new furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and an upgraded bathroom. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and modern art that gives my home character.
The beds are extraordinarily comfortable, and the 60" smart TV comes with Netflix.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the the heart of the Church & Wellesley village, and within easy walking distance to Yorkville. You'll be surrounded by Toronto’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.
Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Eaton Center, King Street, the St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and the Queen’s Quay Waterfront.
Getting Around:
You'll be in the heart of downtown Toronto, with easy access to public transit. You'll be just a 5 minute walk from the Wellesley Subway Station, or a 7 minute walk to the Bloor-Yonge Station. There is easy access to Ubers, but with so many attractions so close to my home, you may end up walking everywhere!
