The house has two floors: common areas are on the ground level while the two bedrooms are on the first floor. You will find contemporary high-quality fittings and lively details throughout. The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan so you don’t have to stop the fun as you go about cooking and dining. The kitchen has a set of appliances such as a toaster, kettle, one-ring hob and a refrigerator where you can prepare basic meals. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, large flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player, and a choice of movies. Both bedrooms are bright and modern, with double beds, wardrobes, and sleek en suite bathrooms. The villa has an additional guest toilet accessible from the living room as well. Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!
