The villa offers a private pool o (Website hidden by Airbnb) situated at the front of the house with garden chairs and table, umbrellas and sun beds. The living area is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and has a Tv, there is free internet. One bedroom is downstairs and has double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped : has fridge /freezer, hob, microwave, oven and a washing machine. A shower and toilet is on the ground floor and the main bathroom is on the first floor.
Two extra bedrooms are on the first floor. Master bedroom with a Tv and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms has excess to the balcony with coffee table and chairs. Balcony has beautiful Sea View.
There are air-conditioners and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and sitting room.
There is a supermarket just behind the villa for all your requirements. The main beach of Agia Thekla is a few minutes walk away. In the area there are few restaurants , and the famous Nissi Beach is 3 a minutes drive.
The usage of electricity is payable extra according to meter reading at Eur 0.27 per kwh.
