Addition Pet cleaning Fee of $25. Will be requested through Airbnb prior. Check in door has a security camera and we have great neighbors so please do not sneak a pet or additional guests into this property.
2 small or 1 medium sized (40 lb max) well behaved house trained and quiet dog or cat might be Ok. Pre approval is required. No rottweilers, pitbulls, doberman pinscher or any larger dogs as we are not set up for that and have no yard for those breeds of dogs. We offer a small patio/balcony area.
Dog(s) must not bark, not jump on any furniture or bedding. We offer 2 dog beds for the dog so please help us keep the pet hair to a minimum and off the bedding. Also our guests must not leave their dog in the unit alone during their stay as past dogs have barked the whole time disrupting other residents and chewed the furniture. We can offer you a doggie daycare information if required.
Don’t worry if you’re traveling on a budget. Send me a message and maybe we can strike a deal that we’ll both be happy with.
Please remember you are staying in a condo complex and not a hotel. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action Asap but there is no one living on site 24/7. Quite hours are 10pm-7am
