The Space:
Fun in the sun awaits you in this 3,150sq ft. newly upgraded Vegas home. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths located less than 4 miles from the excitement of the famous Las Vegas strip, super close to the new Las Vegas airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with a new fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining room, living room and pool table room. Relax and unwind by the private pool and spa.
The pool table room opens up to the patio and pool area allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, a futon swing and an 8-person dining table.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Then there are 3 queen bedrooms and our bunk-bed room which has (2) two full mattresses and (2) two twin mattresses. Everything is BRAND new, with mattress covers and high thread count sheets. There are two bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.
The house is further polished with:
-55" HDTV with Netflix, cable TV and HBO. 43" in the pool table room and 46" in the master bedroom, all with the same features.

The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security.
NOTE: If you want pool heating, there is a charge of $50 + $40/day. A pool technician needs to pre-heat the pool 48 hours in advance. Please notify me 3 days prior to your arrival to have heated pool ready for you upon arrival. Spa is free!

We have two security cameras on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. For safety and security reasons we have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras in some of our homes.

The Neighborhood:
Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.
Getting Around:
Uber is coming to Vegas! You can also use Bell taxi to get a taxi, it usually takes about 15 minutes for them to arrive.

— Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
— We would prefer no pets at our home. If you choose to bring one, there is a $100 sanitation fee. We must remove all pet dander that could cause allergic reactions to others.
