Surroundings of the house: garden (private use), swimming pool (private use, heated).
Pool heating (extra: 50€/night, to be requested in the booking and payable on spot). Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€. Please note these late arrivals must be advised to the owner as soon as possible.
