The structure consists of two air-conditioned double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom served by a further bathroom with shower in the hallway of the sleeping area. The villa has a large air-conditioned living room with a spectacular view of the swimming pool and the Gulf of Castellammare del Golfo. In the living room you will also find a double sofa bed. On the back there is a large equipped area made of stone and covered by a magnificent wooden roof where you can find a large table with chairs, rocking chair, a comfortable barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a football table for your moments of leisure. Next to the swimming pool we provide deck chairs for all our guests certain that they will enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation. The villa is located near the territory of Scopello and the "zingaro" oriented reserve, it is easily accessible and is 100 meters from a bar, restaurant and an oven where you can buy good bread. The town of Castellammare del Golfo is about 6 km away and here you can find any other basic necessities such as shops, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants but above all a magnificent tourist port accessible on foot where there are several restaurants where you can taste the excellent Sicilian wine.
