The Space:
It comes complete with its own car space, internal laundry and every comfort to make it a home away from home. The beauty of this apartment is its convenience, being a short walk from the centre of Sydney's CBD, and its proximity to some of Sydney’s finest restaurants. There is also a large balcony, directly off the comfortable living area.

The Neighborhood:
There are so many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and eateries within walking distance, from Italian through to Indian, in nearby Potts Point. If you like modern Greek food, 'Apollo' on Macleay St. is fantastic. My favourite is ''Macleay St. Bistro' for intimate dinners. 'Monopole' is great if you like the buzz of Potts Point and the famous Kylie Kwong has 'Billy Kwongs' also on Macleay. Alternatively, the ‘Fingerwharf’ is only a 5 min walk into Woolloomooloo and offers an array of restaurants such as 'Otto's', 'China Doll' (delicious Asian inspired cuisine) and 'Mantra'. Fun fact: Built in the early 1900's, this wharf was once the largest timber construction anywhere in the world.
Getting Around:
You are located within a 10 minute walk to the centre of Sydney's CBD as well as the Botanical Gardens, and 15 minutes walk to the iconic Sydney Opera House. If you do need transport, Kings Cross train station is a 5 minute walk from your doorstep. Busses also run up and down nearby William Street so you are in an ideal location

*An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
*Upon request, an extra queen size air mattress is available for an additional $40 per night. This fee does not apply if the extra guest fee has been paid.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*Please note that this property is specifically catered to short-term rentals and is not a hotel.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
