This house offers something different to other holiday homes in Ambleside - providing our guests with a personalised and flexible stay in the heart of the Lake District.
Interaction with Guests:
We Live locally, after moving here 7 years ago - we now manage a select collection of holiday properties in Ambleside and the surrounding areas. We are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area.

We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the popular market town of Ambleside, No2 Stockghyll has restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance! We love the fact that once you arrive you may not need to move the car again as many walks can start from the front door, alternatively a frequent bus service can take you to other areas of the Lake District.
Getting Around:
A garage is available for a medium sized car. Disc parking is available throughout Ambleside for any other vehicles as well as many streets which are unrestricted (please get in touch before arrival so we can advise of the best locations)
