The space
We have designer a large Mediterranean themed villa with large Living, Dining and Bed Rooms. Infinity Pool overlooking the beach.It is a new house with modern furniture. Large open rooms all directly overlooking the Infinity Pool and the Beach. Guests have access to the House Staff who can cook for them so required.
NOTE - Guests can use the kitchen but we do not provide all meals.

Guests are allowed to use all parts of the house including all 4 Bed Rooms, TV Room, Kitchen, Pool, Steam etc.
Interaction with guests
I will be available on phone and my staff is there at the property to help out in any way
Other things to note
We would like guests to take care of the house and the furniture as we use the house regularly as well.
Driving is the easiest way to get here from Mumbai or Mandwa jetty.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
