This modern 3 bedroom standalone villa is a great choice for a medium-size family or a small group of friends. Bangtao Beach is mere 400 meters away so you can alternate between cooling down in the pool and the ocean. The house has two floors and all three bedrooms are on the floor above the common areas. They sleep 6 persons in total. Every bedroom comes with a king size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, balcony, and en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large bath tub. Shared areas are on the villa’s ground floor and they include an open plan living room, dining space, kitchen, and a guest toilet. The living room features a TV corner, while the kitchen is of western standard and it comes with a stove, microwave, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, juicer and a coffee maker. Free internet and daily cleaning are included. The house also has a carport, washing machine, and ironing equipment. Several large international supermarkets are within a 5-minute drive away from the villa. You can walk to Bang Tao Beach that is less than 0.5 km away, and you will find classy Catch Beach Club just couple of hundred meters further down the beach. Another stunning beach called Surin is a quick 10-minute drive away from the property.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
