The villa sleeps 6 people in its 3 bedrooms that are all set on the second floor. All bedrooms have TVs, closets, king size beds, and air-cons. The master bedroom also has a terrace and its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share one bathroom. The villa has a roofed pool terrace where you can unwind to the natural sounds of the trees and birds. There are two sun loungers as well as seated areas, perfect for catching up with one another with a cooling beverage in hand. The common areas are located on the first floor. There is a living room with a couch and flat-screen TV, full European-style kitchen (with a toaster, kettle, 2-ring electric stove, fridge with freezer, and microwave), and a dining area for 6. The villa boasts garden views and many floor-to-ceiling windows that enhance the overall natural feeling. There is a guest bathroom with shower next to the living room, as well as a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are included. The villa belongs to a resort that has more villas with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for rent. Safe parking and a restaurant are available on the premise. This resort has a sister property on Chaweng Beach where you can use beach beds and the communal swimming pool free of charge. A complimentary shuttle bus runs between the two few times per day. The villa is located just south of popular Chaweng Beach, in an area called Chaweng Noi.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
