This is a privately owned 100 acres estate in Bhimtal (Nainital). It has a two story bungalow with 6 rooms. Each room has 2 chairs, table, cupboard, dressing area and common dining room on top floor. A place with awesome natural beauty boasted through jungles, mountains, rivers, where clouds create riots of colours on the mountains. Walking, trekking, birding, bathing in pristine rivers and waterfalls, running behind the butterflies, star gazing, visiting tiny hamlets, enjoying local cuisine, ploughing the fields, milking cows, bee keeping and staying in traditional Kumaoni culture are what you can enjoy here.
Guest Access
Guests are free to access all parts of the 100 acres estate and farms where we grow vegetables and exotic flowers. The estate bungalow is built on a hillock in the lap of Himalayas. And river Kalsa flows down along with estate make it the perfect place to enjoy hill top and river at one location.
Interaction with Guests
Amit, a keen environmentalists and bird watcher will be your delightful company to adjoining villages. They would be happy to accompany you for morning walks to show the estate.

Getting Around
Taxi drive from Kathgodam Railway station is 1 hour. From Delhi The Silent Valley is approximately 7 hours by car. Alternately take a taxi from the Kathgodam railway station if you come by train. Or, the nearest airport is at Pantnagar (60 Km from Silent Valley-Alchauna). Air India-9815 leaves Terminal 3 (T3) at 3:00 p.m from Delhi and arrives Pantnagar at 4:00 p.m. This flight runs on-Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
