The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hotplate, toaster, microwave and kettle.

High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared , please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough.

This apartment is a private home, garbage must be taken to the room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage.
Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 600THB per time.
