Taxes of Government tax 16 % of Rental Amount may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
The Department is on the First Floor, so you will not need to climb stairs to access it.
The First Bedroom has a double bed and a single bed for your comfort.
The Second Bedroom has a double bed and a single bed for your comfort.
The Department Is Fully Furnished
In short, you will have:
4 beds / 1 Full bathroom / Equipped Kitchen / Bedrooms with air conditioners / wifi / Cable Tv / Parking in front of the apartment door.
In the same way you can have a beautiful pool which has 1 barbecue, and you will have 24 hour security.
The common areas of the guests are the pool area, barbecue areas and lounge area
I will be available 24 hours, however I will give guests their space so they can move freely around the area. I will attend to all your doubts and it will be a pleasure to make recommendations for activities, places to visit as well as eat, to enjoy your stay in this paradisiacal city of Playa del Carmen
We include 20 kW of electricity per day, which is sufficient for basic needs and to have the Ac running at night. Upon arrival, a photo of the meter will be taken and on the day of departure we will read the meter again, to calculate its consumption. Kilowatts that exceed those included, will be charged from the deposit at 5 Mexican pesos per kilowatt. We do this to encourage guests to save electricity.

In monthly rentals, guests must pay the total cost of electricity.
