Villa has the full kitchen for light cooking (self-catering) microwave, induction cooktop, pots & pans etc, or.. several restaurants nearby walking or delivery order if you don't feel like cooking.
Other things to note
Tenants must be quiet and respectful! 4 bedroom house, 8 people, 1 child under age 8 free. Additional persons with added mattress at additional fee over 10 people.
No smoking in rooms, outside okay.
If you want cleaning, we do provide the service for the minimal fee of $10 per cleaning.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
