This is a Home stay arrangement, in a 4 bedroom bungalow, that we run with the name "SmartStay'. We have two rooms on the 1st floor that are used for guests. These are rooms with AC, TV, own balcony, attached bath etc. and other amenities There is also a large terrace on the 1st floor that is accessible to guests, beside the garden around the house that has nice views and place to sit and enjoy tea.Each room is 20 by 20 feet - so quite large and have sofa etc beside other regular furniture.
The house is 3-4 mins walk from the main gate of the society that is called "Spain of Pune". Auto stand, bus stand are right outside the gate. Grocery, medical store and many restaurants are within 2-10 mins walk. Home delivery is allowed. I as host will help you how to choose right restaurant for your taste. Room is part of an Bungalow that may have other Guests. House is fully furnished and serviced by maid and we provide. Complementary breakfast in the room.Guests have access to the fridge in the common area beside their room and balcony attached to the room. I do allow flexibility with the Check-in and Check-out based on.On demand Cab service is also provided for local sight seeing or outstation visits, at additional charge. My local and outstation package is very competitive to the market. You can enjoy the benefit of pick and drop from the apartment itself.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
