This comfortable holiday home is located in a famous recreational area Skovmose on the Island of Als. This island is located in a southern belt between Jütland und Fünen close to the German border. Skovmose is very peaceful and child friendly with a lot of green areas. There are shops in the surroundings which are just 500 metres from the wide sandy beach. There are small dunes and a walkway. The SkovbyKro Inn, 1.5 km away is very comfortable and serves delicious meals. You can experience the culture and enjoy shopping in Sønderborg which is 16 km away. You can stroll along the harbour or in the pedestrian zone. You can also visit the palace which houses a museum. Those interested in history can visit DybbølMølle and Skanserne, which are beautiful areas. In the north are Nordborg Castle and Danfoss with the Universe, which is a technical museum. Archaeological artefacts such as a copy of the Hjortspring boat are found in Nordals. Als is truly a paradise with large forests, long beaches, high cliffs and deep fjords. It offers everything you need for a relaxing or an active holiday.
