Apartment is modern in a purpose built apartment block with gated parking for 2 vehicles. There is a seafront patio with seating to enjoy the view plus the lounge/diner and 2 bedrooms have panoramic sea views.
3 double bedrooms which sleep 7 (in beds) to 9 (using cots or airbeds).
Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the usual kitchen appliances.
Bathroom with Wc plus an extra separate Wc. Bathroom was upgraded in January 2019 and features a walk in shower (small step of 11 inches for access).
Some accessibility equipment- ramp for outside step, electric rise/recline chair, stool for the shower and raised toilet seat.
For families there is a travel cot and high chair.
