Taxes of Tourism fee 1.7 EUR Per person / day may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
The Dolomites Apartment Carezza 102 can accommodate up to 4 persons, and one child, and is equipped with:
- 2 bedrooms, one bed sizing 160cm x 200cm, the other sizing 180cm x 190cm, both beds can be split apart, giving 4 single beds. The rooms are fitted with bed sheeting, satellite Tv, 2 chairs, wardrobe, and a closet,
- 1 living room with sofa and satellite Tv. The sofa can be used as a bed too, sizing 140cm x 190cm.
- 1 kitchen with a table and 6 chairs, electric ceran plate with 4-zones, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, pots, towels and detergent, vacuum cleaner.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower-curtain, toilet, washbasin and mirror, hair dryer and storage areas; towels are awailable.
- balcony of about 8m x 1m.
- free private uncovered car parking for two cars,
- free Wifi broadband internet connection,
- all flat screen Tvs with free to air satellite channels broadcasted over Astra1 and Eutelsat Hotbird (over 200 channels),
- Security box, fire extinguisher, first aid set.
All windows have blackout blinds or shutters, sleeping rooms have in addition black out curtains.
Upon arrival, the inventory list is handed over with instructions for the kitchen equipment. Furthermore, information about the surroundings and event is handed out.
The appartment will be ready by 16:00. We kindly ask to leave the appartment by 11:00.
We check carefully the appartment any time we rent it out. If we have overlooked something, please let us know as soon as possible. Broken items will be charged.
