A bright and well-furnished apartment located on a pine-clad hill in the Gotmar area of Puerto Pollensa, just 15 minutes away from the beach on walking distance. The apartment has stunning distance views towards the bay of Pollensa.
The apartment is bright and offers satellite Tv, Dvd, a comfortable sofa and a dining table with chairs. A large sliding door opens onto the balcony which has a small table and chairs too. The fully-equipped kitchen also includes a washing machine and microwave, electric hob/oven and a fridge/freezer.
The bedrooms consist of one double and one twin, both are sharing a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have windows with view towards the bay.
This complex has a fantastic swimming pool that is divided into two pools. It is surrounded by a lounging area (we provide loungers).
