The Lochend Park View Apartment is a spacious. 3rd floor apartment with lift in a modern development, enjoying views of both Lochend Loch, and the Edinburgh Skyline. The local area has plentiful amenities, such as grocery shops and bars; and the city centre is easily accessible at around a 20 minute walk, or short bus journey. Ocean Terminal, Meadowbank Leisure Stadium and Meadowbank Retail Park are all also a short distance away.
The open plan living and kitchen area has French doors to the balcony, and views across the parkland. Wireless internet access and a flat screen TV & DVD player are also provided for guests use. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including dishwasher & washing machine. There is also a large dining table with seating for six.
The property can accommodate up to six guests across two bedrooms and the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom features a double bed and en suite, and the second bedroom can be set up with either a twin or double bed.
A family bathroom with three piece suite and shower complete this delightful home from home.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
