For nightlife there are many theatres, pubs and bars close by. Watford Colosseum and Watford palace theatre are both within walking distance, each hosting a number of concerts, comedians and theatre. For something more low-key there is a Cineworld close-by. The Golden Lion is the most popular pub amongst locals, but spots such as Escot Tavern and Colombia press also attract local acclamation. Bar Bodega and 143 Bar are also not to be missed!

Whilst in Watford you may want to pay a visit to some of its unique attractions, the most popular of these being the Warner Bros Studio Tour And Cassiobury Park. The Warner Bros Studio tour is home to “The Making of Harry Potter” where you can take a magical tour of the sets and props from the films- unmissable for any Harry Potter or film fanatic and, new for 2019, featuring “Gringotts.” Cassiobury Park is Green Flag award winning beauty spot, and one of the top 10 parks in the UK. It has two cafes, a children’s play area and miniature railway, 2 outdoor gyms and sports fields, making it an ideal place for visitors of all ages, especially families.
