Ideal for those who like to relax in the nature without giving up the proximity of the neighboring tourist centers: only 3 km from the historic center of Itri with its medieval castle; 10 km from Sperlonga with the caratteristic storic center, touristic port and sandy beaches; 12 km far from Formia with all the shopping center and ferries that take you to the nearest islands; 13 km from Gaeta with monuments, the Monte Orlando Park with military strongholds and beautiful beaches; pizzerias and restaurants where you can taste the specialties of seafood and prestigious wines, domestic and imported beers. From May to October we organize various events.
The Villa is just one hour far from Rome and Naples.
Is furnished with taste, can accommodate up to 8 people, it is characterized by the quality materials: wooden beams, ceramic floors on the ground floor, wooden floors on the second floor, exposed stonework, wooden window frames with double glazing, terracotta floors to the outside. There are two outdoor patios, one on the entrance of the house and the other large outdoor patio outside the kitchen brings you directly to a large rectangular pool with hydromassage 6 jets, furnished with sun loungers that makes you enjoy your holidays in harmony surrounded by the valley equipped with tables and chairs , barbecue , pizza oven, stove and sink area for all your dinners with family and friends. The pool has a salt purification system: this allows to keep pH 7. 3 and also an outside batroom include a large shower.
On the outside all the villa is fenced and characterized with a large gate that guarantee guests privacy with an ample space for parking
The villa is on two floors: On the ground floor a large living room with couch, fireplace, satellite Tv and dining area with large table and chairs. Kitchen equipped with all comforts (oven, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher). Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with tub.
First floor by the stair lead to an open space used like an office overlooking the living room downstairs , two double bedrooms, one with French bed and a bathroom with shower .
