This beautiful and comfortable holiday house with a pool consists of three residential units with separate entrances. The first unit is partially in the basement, the second is on the first floor and the third on the top floor. The minimum ceiling height is 1.40 metres. The house is ideal for large families or for friends who want to spend their holidays together. There is a summer kitchen next to the pool. There is also a large dining table, where you can spend the evenings socialising. A short drive of 20 minutes will take you to the tourist town of Rabac, with its beautiful beaches and other attractions. The historic town of Labin with numerous attractions, open air events, concerts in the Venetian church and much more, is just 10 minutes drive away. In the basement of the house, there is also a small beauty salon.
