The house is located in Nguyen Duy Hieu street, about 800m to My Khe Beach. It is in the city center, just walking distance to big road like Nguyen Van Thoai street, Vo Van Kiet Street.
It is a 3-bedroom house with 3 bathrooms and 1 extra small toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge yard and balcony where you can enjoy the nice breeze of Da Nang.
We also provide free airport pick up. Please do note that it's a one-way trip. Returning trip to airport will come with additional price.
The Space:
My house has a swing at the big front yard, and a BBQ Stove. It is very nice to sit there and enjoy the nice weather at night. You can also hold a small BBQ meal with your friends. For BBQ tools, please message us for more details if you would like us to help you buy.
Guest Access:
Guest is allowed to access every space within the property.

If you have any questions/inquiries/issues, feel free to message us on Airbnb or call us from 8am-8pm.
The Neighborhood:
Located right in the city center, you can easily access to everything by foot. Opposite the house, there is a small, local food store called Healthy Meal Box. It is an excellent choice for anyone who's in a healthy diet.
Otherwise, from the house you turn right, then make 2min walk to Nguyen Van Thoai Street, you will easily find a favorite restaurants with Vietnamese/Chinese/Korean cuisines, such as An Nyeong Korean Restaurant, Trinh Sai Gon Broken Rice, Ba Mua Noodle (this is the signature noodle in Da Nang that you must try), etc.
Getting Around:
Getting around by foot is the easiest. Otherwise, other transportation choices are taxis, Grab, or motorbikes. If you want to try a fun and unique experiences with motorbike, please let us know and we will help you rent one.
Other Things to Note:
As it is in the local area, please make sure you keep your space well and the noise down to avoid any complaints.
