You can stay undisturbed on a covered terrace with lounge area, sunbathe on the sun loungers or relax in the swimming pool. Due to the location on the outside of the court you will find many tropical birds and also see iguanas lazing in the trees and shrubs.Of course, the BBQ is ready for you to have a nice meal.Villa Iguana, located in a cozy little 'courtyard', Kashutuin, is centrally located on the island. The inhabitants of the district, both Dutch and Curaçao, are our (and also your) friends who will assist you with advice and help.Its central location makes it easy to go to one of the beaches or the city. Diving schools, restaurant, supermarket, it's all in yor neighbourhood. In addition, nature is also around the corner. The flamingos are within two minutes, but the great nature park Christoffel Park can be reached within a few minutes.Villa Iguana is located on a plot of over 660 m2 of private land.There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. Of course there is a hot water system in both bathrooms.All bedrooms have air conditioning and box spring beds.For the little ones there is a baby-/toddlerbed and a high chair.The villa is equipped with TV, CD/DVD and sound system, a fully equipped kitchen with double door fridge, dishwasher, combi microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo, etc.All windows and doors are fitted with screens so that insects can be kept outside.The energy costs of this property are very low. The pump of the swimming pool is powered by solar energy. All lamps are very low in use. Toilets and swimming pools are largely made of ('free') water provided with their own deepwell.At the front is a spacious porch, where you can enjoy the sun and tropical birds from your 'lazy chair'.At the back of the villa there is a large (partly) covered terrace where it is very pleasant to have.
